Purus Mini Series Floor Gullies installed at Belvedere Manor

| 2015-11-06

Purus are proud to announce that our Minimax 50 floor gully from the Purus Mini Series range has recently been installed at the Belvedere Manor Care Home. Belvedere Manor, part of the Silk Healthcare group, is an 84-bed care home in Colne, Lancashire which opened this year.

Belvedere Manor chose our Minimax 50 to be installed into the level-access wetroom areas of their en-suite bedrooms. The Purus Minimax is the world’s shallowest (70mm plus 6mm fall) wetroom drain incorporating a NOOD no-odour trap without a water seal. Due to our patented spring-loaded NOOD trap, no foul air can come through the trap even when dry. The water trap is easily removed for cleaning by pulling up the automatically raised handle. The Minimax works as an outlet without the water trap – please view our Product Database here for more details.

All of our Mini Series floor gullies are ideal products for care home projects because they have self-cleaning, low maintenance qualities and can be installed in a variety of situations including low screeds. The Minimax 50, Minimax Two Part, Mini Brage 50 and Mini Brage 110 floor gullies hold lifetime guarantees and BBA certification; and are already used by many Care Homes such as Ideal Care, Avery, Orchard, BUPA, Caring Homes UK and many Independents within the UK.
