BIM objects for many of our floor gullies are available to view and download now by following this link. Purus have been featured on BIM since before the UK Government's new regulations came into place in 2016; and the files can be downloaded for use in Revit or ArchiCAD for a smooth procurement and specification process from the early stages of a new project all the way through to project management. BIM, the new Building Information Modelling program for 3D modelling, is an innovative and exciting tool in the UK market. The 2016 UK Government regulation changes stated that all centrally procured government construction projects must now be specified using BIM. It is also becoming increasingly popular worldwide, with many countries now insisting that all public works contracts must be made with BIM.

Purus products currently featured on BIM include the Purus Minimax 50, the low-level (70mm plus 6mm fall) wetroom drain incorporating a NOOD no-odour trap without a water seal; the Mini Brage 50 and Mini Brage 110 vertical floor gullies; and the Minimax Two Part. Purus floor gullies for vinyl and tiled floors are extremely popular in a range of UK markets, including care homes, youth hostels, hotels and domestic projects. The Purusline Living linear solution for domestic and commercial projects, in a variety of lengths, grates and gully options, is also featured on BIM.

Purus' BIM objects are online now and ready to be downloaded in varying formats including Revit and ArchiCAD. Please click here or browse our Product Database and follow the ‘BIM’ link available on the featured products.
