BIM, the new Building Information Modelling program for 3D modelling, is an innovative and exciting tool in the UK market. The 2016 UK Government regulation changes stated that all centrally procured government construction projects must now be specified using BIM. It is also becoming increasingly popular worldwide, with many countries now insisting that all public works contracts must be made with BIM.
