Product Focus: 59mm Purus Line Premium super low-level linear drainage

This week we are focusing on the 59mm Purus Line Premium, our unique linear drainage channel which allows for a discrete and elegant finish to your wetroom with no stainless steel edges visible.

We have recently developed a linear drainage solution with a total height of just 59mm, available for tiled floor finishes in six different lengths. The super low-level channels are suitable for concrete subfloors only and include a stainless steel frame which your choice of tiles are installed on top of, giving a discrete and elegant finish to your wetroom with no stainless steel edges visible. The Purus Line Premium can be installed against the wall or in the centre of the room and comes in lengths of 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm and 1200mm. A Corner model is also available.

All Purus Line Premium channels consist of a Low horizontal 50mm outlet including our NOOD no-odour combined water and mechanical trap, and a stainless steel frame which is installed above the gully. Your choice of tiles are fixed to the frame; giving you the opportunity to use even larger format tiles as they will no longer need to be cut to form falls towards the outlet gully. The total height of just 59mm allows our Purus Line Premium linear channels to fit into shallow concrete slabs, so that with careful planning from the architect, the contractor no longer needs to install a vertical outlet floor gully through the slab. The Purus Line Premium incorporates the same NOOD water trap technology as Purus’ other floor gullies and linear channels, so the no-odour benefits that Purus’ other products offer are all still in place.
