Purus Limited at the forefront of BIM – Building Information Modelling

A number of Purus Limited's products are now featured on BIMobject – the exciting new Building Information Modelling program for 3D modelling, which allows a smooth procurement and specification process from the early stages to project management. The Swedish wetroom drainage manufacturer is delighted to be at the forefront of using this innovative and exciting tool in the UK market. Recent regulation changes announced by the UK Government state that by 2016, all centrally procured government construction projects must be specified using BIM. It is becoming increasingly popular worldwide, with many countries now insisting that all public works contracts shall be made with BIM.

Purus products currently featured on BIM include the Purus Minimax 50, the world’s shallowest (70mm plus 6mm fall) wetroom drain incorporating a NOOD no-odour trap without a water seal; the Mini Brage 50 and Mini Brage 110 vertical floor gullies; and the Minimax Two Part.
