Purus Minimax 50 selected for 75-bed Knottingley Care Home, West Yorkshire

Projects | 2014-07-15

The Purus Minimax 50 shallow floor gully has been installed in the 75-bed Knottingley Care Home in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. The gully, which has BBA Certification and is the world’s shallowest wetroom gully incorporating a NOOD no-odour water trap, was selected by Alston Murphy Associates in conjunction with the Ladhar Group. The gully, which has been installed into vinyl flooring, is a popular solution for care home developments due to the NOOD trap, which does not allow foul air to come up through the waste even when dried out and not in use; as well as simple installation and a selection of grate options.

Grates are available for both vinyl and tiled floor finishes – please see details of these, as well as more information on the Minimax 50, on our Floor Gully pages.
